Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover processed through Shopify Payments, powered by Stripe. Our site is SSL secure and to validate our credit cards we use a payment gateway that uses live address verification services right on our checkout. We do not store or retain any customer payment data (such as credit card numbers, verification numbers, etc.). 

Shipping

Unless it’s a “made to order” item, all in stock items will be shipped within 3-5  business days of payment. Made to order items will take up to 3 weeks to make and ship.

CANADA

Canadian orders ship via Canada Post Regular Parcel Mail or Xpresspost.

Regular Parcel Mail: Estimated delivery time 2-7 business days; Tracked with $0 insurance coverage (please inquire about adding insurance)

Xpresspost: Estimated delivery time 1-2 business days; Tracked with $100 insurance coverage (please inquire about adding extra insurance)

USA

US orders ship either via Canada Post Small Packet, Tracked Packet or Expedited Parcel.

Small Packet - USA: Estimated delivery time 5-8 business days; Not tracked with $0 insurance coverage (no additional insurance available)

Tracked Packet - USA: Estimated delivery time 4-7 business days; Tracked with $100 insurance coverage (no additional insurance available)

Expedited Parcel:  Estimated delivery time 4 business days; Tracked with $100 insurance coverage (please inquire about adding extra insurance)

*All shipments outside of Canada may be subject to Customs Duty and applicable regional taxes. This is the sole responsibility of the buyer.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

*International customers, please contact us before you make your purchase. Shipping costs will vary from country to country. For a more accurate shipping quote we will need to obtain your mailing address before proceeding.

*All shipments outside of Canada may be subject to Customs Duty and applicable regional taxes. This is the sole responsibility of the buyer.  

Lost/Stolen Items

*We are not responsible for lost or stolen items in the mail. We retain proof of shipping and will provide evidence of your shipped item if required. If you have insured your package we will work with you to put in a claim with the insurer.

Returns/Refunds

We sincerely appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please let us know immediately if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind our work and offer an unconditional return within 7 days of receipt.

* Items must be unused and undamaged. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

*Not applicable for custom or personalized orders.

Before returning an item please contact us for further instructions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please make sure that the item is properly packaged in its original packing and you use the correct address and appropriate shipping methods for return shipping. We strongly recommend marking items as a ‘return’ on the customs declaration form as any duties and customs fees levied will be passed on to you.

*We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in shipping.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement upon the return of the defective product, given conditions outlined above for a return are met. Please contact us before sending back an item so we can provide further instructions. When contacting us regarding a damaged or defective item, a photo of the damage is mandatory.

Wholesale

Wholesale orders are welcome. Please note that not all items are available for wholesale. Please send us an email to inquire about further details.

Buying Handmade

All of our pieces are handmade and may vary slightly from the photos in the listing.

Wood: It is a natural resource with it’s own unique and unpredictable characteristics. The grain and color will vary from piece to piece even though it’s from the same species of wood. This adds an absolute one of a kind feel to each piece that you receive.

Epoxy Resin: This is a 2 part clear mixture that we manually color ourselves. We mostly use translucent dyes to tint the mixture giving our pieces wonderful depth. Since we manually color our epoxy, the resin colors will vary slightly from piece to piece.

Acrylic Acetate: Translucent-colored plastics with an iridescent appearance offering wonderful swirls, marbling and patterns. Although this is not a natural product, how it’s made is very fluid. That fluidity makes it unpredictable in it’s color as well. Again adding a one of a kind feel to each piece.

*After considering all the materials mentioned above we cannot guarantee that you will receive the exact piece that’s depicted in the photos of a listing.

*Also keep in mind that the color representations on screen will differ from device to device.
